Order Process

  1. Get a Quote

Get a quote the old-fashioned way! Pay us a visit, but remember to bring a sketch of your idea, including basic measurements. While in our showroom, you can also take a look at our collection of countertops, as well as sinks and faucets. The better-prepared you come, the easier the quoting and selection process becomes, so try to bring pictures of cabinets, tiles and any pieces of your kitchen which will help you pick your countertop.

If scheduling a physical visit is out of your reach, you can always send us a quote request via e-mail. Be sure to include as much information as you can in the e-mail, like layout and measurements, colors you prefer, faucet and sink sizes, as well as personal information. We firmly recommend going overboard into details here – the more information we get, the more accurate our quote will be.

  1. Place an Order

Since every single project is unique and customized, we require a 50% deposit at latest on the day of the template to proceed with the manufacturing process. Also, the final price you will pay will be based on the actual measurements from your home, not on the initial quote.

There are some things that need to be done at the project site for templating and installation to proceed:

  • Cabinets needs to be installed
  • Small appliances and other things must be placed elsewhere than on your countertops
  • The sink has to be present for it to be measured and used as a template for the sink cutout
  1. Schedule an Installation

For the final part of the project, the installation, please make sure that your current countertops are removed and the sink detached before our technicians arrive to install the new ones. These technicians are specialists who will install the new countertops, drill any faucet holes necessary and also install the sink. We strongly recommend that you do not reconnect plumbing for at least 24 hours. The remaining 50% of the balance is also due latest on the day of the installation – when we also recommend you find a few hours to supervise the installation and make any necessary adjustments.
